Orders can take up to 7 days. For bespoke orders please allow up to 14 working days. Residents outside the UK please allow extra time. You will receive an email on dispatch of your order. If in the unlikely event there is a delay with sourcing your Mifani shoes, you will be notified within 24hrs of placing the order.

Signed for delivery

Postage and packaging charges within the UK, average at around £5 depending on the weight of your order. All orders are sent with Royal Mail Signed For delivery. You will receive an email on dispatch of your order. If you are not home at the time of delivery you will be left a calling card by Royal Mail for you to collect your parcel from your local post office.

You must collect your parcel within 7 days, after this time Royal Mail will return your parcel to us. Once you receive your email notification of your order dispatch please be aware of this and look out for your calling card. You can also email for your Royal Mail tracking number. Order parcels that are returned to us can be re-delivered but at your own cost, we will notify you by email regarding re-delivery of your order.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a full, correct and valid address if order parcels are returned to us because they have not been collected within Royal Mail's holding time policy or if an address is incomplete, incorrect or invalid the customer will then be required to pay for the re-delivery.

Returning your beautiful shoes

If for any reason you wish to return your shoes, please email us and we will provide you with the postal address for which to return them to.

Returning your shoes to us is easy. Simply return the shoes in its original unworn condition and packaging, use a mailing bag or packaging paper and enclose a copy of the postage receipt. We advise that you use a guaranteed delivery service and return the shoes within 14 days of receiving them.

A full refund will be issued once we inspect the shoes and are satisfied that the shoes are in acceptable condition. Refunds can only be issued in the original method of payment.
